Staff were very helpful and accommodating to requests. Room transfer and bed arrangement requests were granted with no hassle or additional cost.
Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Indian and continental spreads with a whole egg menu to order from. Great selection of Indian breads and chutneys and tropical fruits.
Great location right at Vasco Da Gama square close to tourist attractions.
Lovely pool and common areas.

Superb. The perfect spot to explore Kochi. Spacious, clean, charmingly aesthetic room. Highly gracious staff. Central yet quiet location. Felt like home at a good price. Restaurant served very good breakfast and dinner.

The Common area living space .space next to the room. The Noronna Room was fabulous. Bathrooms wrre large and spacious. Loved the seperate bath and shower area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Thr art decor furniture antiqueswas beautiful
The curtain dont function well in thr room when u try to roll it up. Could have more complimentsry drinking water avaiable.
