Location was bang in the centre and very convenient to all the sightseeing and restaurants. Very easy to find autos, taxis. Staff also helped with finding us a taxi to Alleppey
Breakfast was very basic.
The fan and AC wasn't functional and room wasnt ventilated. It was very uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep the whole night as it was very hot and humid. AC was on but wasnt working properly. Staff should have checked all this.
That's why we didnt return on our final leg of trip here even after booking and paying

The location was great. Located in the heart of fort kochi. Rooms were decent facing the pool but the noise outside was disturbing most of the time. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us a souvenir.
1. Theres a lot of surrounding noise from the swimming pool during the day and other noise during the night (dont know if this is regular)
2. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable and the replacement pillow was the same. It shouldn’t be hard to keep a set of nice soft comfortable pillows.
3. The room had to be locked with a key from the inside each time and there was no other safety locks.
4. The restaurant is a part of the property, but they dont really have many items and the ones we ordered didn’t seem fresh. They seemed like they were cooked immediately after taken out of the fridge.
Overall for what we paid, but for a hotel that calls itself 4 star, I think better can be expected.
The property overall is great. The location is prime. You can do much better with basic improvements.
