Great and nice staff. Shower head needed to be replaced. Bed - they out 2 twin beds together as one so it was a bit awkward (not so comfortable bed) pillow was super flat. But every9elae was okay. Really closer to train station & big grocery store (Coop).

The manager was very nice and very helpful. He gave us a good room in another building which was close to the Rome Termini.

The location of this guesthouse was good. It was very close to the train station. However, it was extremely noisy. You could hear anyone talking outside on the streets, sirens, people talking in the hallway. The fan in the bathroom turned on with the light and squealed the entire time the light was on in the bathroom.
No one was there for check in. There is a guy in a store next door who had to call the front desk staff, that said they will be there in 5 mins but showed up 20-30 mins later. The same team runs multiple guesthouses that we stayed in and this was consistent check in of no one being there and waiting for someone to show up despite us telling them of estimated time of arrival ahead of time when we booked the place. The staff was friendly when they did arrive.
The proximity to the train station and the price of this place is really the strong point. There are many restaurants, stores and cafes right below and along the street which are the strengths of this place.
