Only spent one night but was in a good location and hotel was clean and comfortable

This was the absolute most perfect wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, well situated with a little cove that had a bunk bed for the children that had a pocket door so we could have the kids sleep while we were doing other things like planning activities or reading. The staff was friendly. The hotel was perfectly located with a 2 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. There were also shops restaurants and markets all around. We loved this place so much my 9 year old plans to move to move to Strasbourg and try to live at Hotel Graffalgar. Wonderful experience in a glorious city!

The hotel is centrally located, the room decoration is nice and spacious, the linens were clean, but the bed mattress pad was stained, the bed was not very comfortable, the room was cold, there were not enough cloth hangers, there was no safe-lock in the room.

A wonderful interesting hotel. Loved our 2 night stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. A great little restaurant attached.

This is such a quirky and arty property. The manager was exceptionally professional and welcoming and we only wish we could have stayed longer

Great quirky hotel steps from the train station. Convenient walking to all attractions and shopping. Only drawbacks are no a/c and certain rooms loud at nite b/c across from busy restaurant. A fantastic value!

What I liked the most is the art that the hotel has in every corner. There are design from more than 40 different artists.
The manager was super nice and available to provide any help.

We really enjoyed our stay, the service was incredibly friendly and they went the extra mile for us wherever they could. The room was large, comfortable and clean. With only a few minutes walk to the city centre, it was ideal for our stay. We had drinks in the evening and breakfast the next morning, both of which were great with a good atmosphere.

This is the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. There was original art everywhere and even a vintage store associated with the hotel! Very trendy decorations, and options for two twin beds instead of one double which is nice for friends to stay in

Good value and convenient location close to the main train station. Rooms are modern and decorated by professional graffiti artists. The only inconvenience is the WiFi—only one device allowed and the connection ends immediately after your device goes to sleep so if you had forgotten to check the weather and you immediately turn it on to do so, you must log in again which over the course of a few days becomes a bit annoying. Staff is wonderful and helpful and they have a kitchen for guests with a fridge and microwave which helps cut down on meal expenses.

Very artistic and inspiring. This place is like no other place I have ever stayed in. 4 min. Walk to a nice modern art museum & 12 min walk to the cathedral. I highly recommend it to EVERYONE.

Shabby lobby. Unnecessarily long wait for check in. Depressing first room, poorly designed for sleeping. Second room had Japanese erotic art and graffiti-like drawings. Both rooms were large. Breakfast was disappointing.

Individually decorated rooms were a real plus. Location great if you need a train. No A/C could be a problem in warm weather—for us in mid-September. And can be noisy at night.

Good location near the train station. Nice decor. Clean. A few minutes walk to the center to town. Its away from the more tourist areas. I would consider staying there again.

This is a very good hotel and although I may not now be in Strasbourg again for some time, I would always be happy to stay here. The staff on the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are individually decorated and characterful . The hotel is ideally located for the railway station and a short walk into the city. The only suggestions I have for improvement are that a second pillow would be good and there were only two clothes hangers.

Super friendly staff helped me find a nice play where to sample local beers and local food. I traveled with two older teens, and they absolutely loved the place. We had a great night sleep considering we were all jet lagged, and woke up in the morning and had the hotel continental breakfast.

Hotel is well located near train station and close walk to main sights. Staff were all really helpful. Breakfast was really good. Very relaxed feel. Room was pretty small but well thought out. Graffiti art is super cool!

A unique place to stay. There isnt coffee service in the room, but there is a kitchenette in the common area with dishes, an electric kettle and a refrigerator available for guest use. We stayed in room 401. It is one of only four rooms that has air conditioning. The bathroom was larger than most. It only has a few hooks for hanging clothes (no closet). It was convenient to the train station and most everything else. The neighborhood is diverse. On Friday there is a local market down the street that is far less expensive than the market closer to the cathedral.

Had a great stay in a wonderful hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. The proximity to the railway station made arrival and departure very straightforward. Highly recommended.
