Room was incredibly small. Didn’t fit two small suitcases on the floor. Staff was friendly. Good location opposite train station and close to town centre. Breakfast was average

I like the location a lot! Just 2 mins away from Strasbourg train station and make it very easy for travelers. And the hotel itself is very new. We had a great night sleep here.

This hotel was very good value. It was substantially less than other hotels we stayed in while in Europe, and while the room was smaller, the shower not as good, the breakfast just ok, it was a very good deal and comfortable. The front desk young woman was very nice.

Great property which is adjacent to the Strasbourg main rail station very convenient to the city sights. Baggage room which is has private lockers allow convenience for luggage storage for early arrival or late departure.

I have booked a double room without select the type of bed. They gave me a double bed. I asked if it was possible to have a twin bed room because I was with my daughter and they told me that they had availability but I had to pay 15 euros more per day. That is not professional. The hotel is looking tired. The room was extremely small. The room was from the back side although not so quite. Pure amenities. And the most important. No covid protection in general. Especially at breakfast. Not again!

Good location. It is very near to the train station, attractions, and restaurants. Chocolates at the counter were good. Breakfast was enough. There was no kettle, fridge, coffee or tea in the room. However, front desk staff are willing provide hot water.

Location was perfect for my needs and could go anywhere by walking.

The hotel is located right opposite to the train station. U won’t miss it once exit the station. The hotel staff is nice and the overall condition of the hotel is ok. However, there was always a some strange smell at the hotel, like sewage. For the room, I always had to leave the window open a bit when I returned to get the fresh air in. The bed was big and comfortable. There’s no shower curtain At the bathtub and I flooded half of the bathroom (which was big compared to other hotels) every time I took a shower. Shower curtain doesn’t seem to be some standard provision in hotels in Paris. one thing I really like about the hotel is their breakfast. There were fresh fruits, bread, cheese, yogurt, scrambled eggs, etc. And the staff refilled them quickly.

Location is near to the Strasbourg train station. Room is big but lack of ammenities. No complimentary drinks.

Not a 3 star hotel. This is an old and tired looking hotel. Towels were so old they could well be used as floor mops. Toilets also stank of pee stains. Not worth the price and suggest to look elsewhere.

Bed was super comfortable. I was grateful to be moved from the room directly across the elevator to one down the hall, which was quieter. Those are the best compliments I can give. There is construction in the building next to the hotel that begins very early so if you’re on holiday looking to sleep in, this may be a problem. I mentioned this and I was told “Well, it doesn’t start til 9”...I chose Le Grand over Arok and it was a mistake. The room was one of the oldest I’ve stayed in. Very spacious but kind of dirty and very dated. The carpet was in desperate need of being taken up. Like, it looked filthy. Only one outlet for charging the phone and it was basically on the floor under the TV. I noticed the staff works incredibly long hours and maybe that is part of the issue, but I have to say I was shocked when one of the morning crew told me to go to the Tourist Office when I asked for help with directions. Meanwhile, I checked out the Arok and the team there was SO LOVELY and helpful. I wasn’t even a guest and they offered me a comfy spot in their lobby, which has free coffee, croissant, tea. . . . and was crystal clean. Chose Arok. Just a few euro more in the end.

location on square in front of train station, very accessible to transportation. Walking distance to PetiteFrance, Bridge and shopping. Variety of restaurants, bakeries, shops nearby. Great breakfast at hotel! staff very helpful1

The hotel is very near to the station so is a very useful location. Room rather pleasant with a view towards the station. Only a short walk to the historic centre of the city. Breakfast was available and was quite good.

Great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. But dont expect aircondition in September. Plenty of small restaurants around. The metro is very close to hotel.

A fairly middle of the road hotel close to the train station. Clean with friendly staff. Restaurants within walking distance.

Just normal, I book Superior room at 4th floor to get nice view from my room.
