We don't have complaints about our stay at Odalys in Strasbourg. It was close to the station, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. Check-in and out was very simple. Very cost effective! And we could leave our bags before check-in in a safe place.
Maybe the AC was a bit too strong and noisy, but only that.

Clean property in general. Good value with focus on priorities. Helpful staff. Availability of Support staff on most of hours and timing
Some staff were not much supportive on one simple maintenance issue of hot water

Clean. Apartment suited our needs
Staff service on arrival was very poor, unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Name and booking reference was insufficient for check in. Not told about location of breakfast room or facilities . Unaware of facilities like pool until i was checking out. Customer service at checkout was good.
