Perfect location, close to everything and right next to the parking garage.
The bed was very comfortable, and the little studio had everything we needed. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.
Having to pay extra for parking was a bit disappointing. Even with the hotel discount, it was €28 per day, which is quite expensive.

The staff were fantastic. Especially the breakfast waiters. Location is great in the best place in town.
The fridge in the room wouldn't close on the first try, and soap was not present.

Location central although a lot of work being carried out on tram line. The room was great, nice size for a studio

The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It’s right in the city centre, very close to a tram stop, which makes getting around really convenient. Other than that, I’d say the accommodation itself is fairly average. The kitchen, however, is well equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher, which is a nice plus.
The worst part was definitely the toilet — it simply wouldn’t flush properly. I tried so many times I honestly felt like I was going to use up the world’s water supply, and it still didn’t work.
There was also only one roll of toilet paper provided, which felt rather inadequate. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly, and the electric kettle was extremely dirty. What was particularly unpleasant was finding water still left inside the kettle from the previous guest, which made me question how thoroughly the room had actually been cleaned before our arrival.
Check-in was frustrating as well. I had to wait quite a long time for the female staff member at reception, and even when I called out, no one seemed to hear me.
The towels looked old and worn, which really doesn’t match the 9–10 rating the hotel encourages guests to give, as advertised in the lift.
The area immediately outside the lift was also surprisingly dark, making the signs pointing towards the rooms difficult to see and follow.
In the end, there were simply too many small — and some not-so-small — issues to list. None of these are unreasonable expectations; a working toilet and refrigerator, a clean kettle, adequate toilet paper, decent towels and basic lighting are things guests should be able to take for granted. The excellent central location is definitely this property's strongest point, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to it.
