Loved the place and will definitely go back! Traveled with family including 3 boys ages 9,11 and 13. They were on the basketball courts and pool the whole time. They had activities and music around the pool.

This property was clean and large enough and then some for our family of 7 to enjoy our trip to Orlando. This property is located within a gated community which is quiet and feels very safe. Clean and cozy. Quick responses from management when needed. Lots of nice amenities within the property. Would definitely stay here again. I felt this experience was better than staying in a hotel with a big management company.

This unit was very spacious and was very clean. The only issue was that the fridge did not have a working ice maker or cold water. The queen bed seems to be new and is a temper pedic so was on the hard side. The small bathroom the tub did not drain quickly so would start to fill as you shower. We would definitely stay here again for a longer stay.

Conditions of the condo when we checked in: Part of the inside wall of the microwave oven was gone, washer/dryer did not work, the inner curtain in the second bathroom had a big hole in it, knives lacked sharpness and could not be used, the safety box was closed and could not be used. I never had seen a short-term rental property in such a condition in my life.

The condo itself is in poor condition. The furniture and bedding are very worn and in need of replacement. There is no curtains on the windows and the blinds are in bad shape which aloud all the lights from the outside in at night. The kitchen has very limited accessories ( pans,dishes etc) and the ones that are there needed a good wash before using. We had to tighten the knob in the master shower so we could use it. The condo is located in a great area close to the parks and we have stayed in vista Kay in the new section serveral times before and they were very nice so just make sure what section your renting in before booking.

Central location close to parks, restaurants, stores, etc. Beautiful apartment in a quiet area, it was nice to come back to after a long day. Publix and Walgreens within walking distance, so easy to get supplies. Very easy check in/out in the apartment. My only concerns were the outlet in the master bathroom did not work and there were a couple of areas that needed a more through cleaning, but overall a good experience and would definitely return!

Was upgraded from 2 bed deluxe to 2 bed luxury, really enjoyed my stay. The property is super quiet. Only complaint is cleaning could be better, found hair still in bathroom, the A/C was not adjustable so it got really hot in the apartment and shower water wasn’t always hot. Other than that I loved my stay it’s super close to everything.

Overall I loved the property. We had a 3 bedroom deluxe. It was nice, clean and very spacious. It was fully equipped with plenty of household products, only thing was missing was a cake pan and a flat baking sheet lol. My only complaint was that our ice machine was out of order. However Daniel had a manage bring me over a bag of ice that made me happy. Daniel and Stephanie were amazing, they were there anytime i had a question. I will definitely be back. Although the attractions aren't far from the apartments and it is easy to get ubers and lyfts. We will definitely rent a car next time. The walk was really far from the front gate to our actual apartment and we had little kids and luggage. Next time we know just go straight to our home and not the front entrance. I love that there's a market right across from the complex as well. My family and i can't wait to return. Lastly I didnt appreciate someone knocking on my door at 9 am asking what time i was leaving. That made me feel a little uneasy. Checkout is clearly at 11am. However that won't stop me from returning just think that was a little inappropriate.

Overall this was a beautiful condo and fit our needs perfectly. Check in and check out were simple. Only main issue was several broken appliances (ice maker, wheels on dishwasher). It would have been nice if there were a few basic cooking products in the kitchen as well (salt, spray oil, dishwashing detergent).

Our luxury townhouse was perfect for our 10 day stay for a dance event at the convention center. We had 3 bedrooms 3 & 1/2 baths and a full kitchen and living room. It was super convenient and spotless!! We are Planning our return stays this fall & spring. Excellent choice for people who need space and convenience

From check in, to check out, was great! The apartment was clean, had all starting amenities, great location, quiet neighbors. We had a blast! We were able to get in the apartment earlier than check in. The washer and dryer helped sooo much! The only con was that the water in the kitchen sink didn’t get near hot enough to wash dishes in. The dishwasher was there and cleaned dishes well but only able to use 2 times due to not purchasing additional dishwashing pods.
