I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with MIA rentals that made it impossible for me to even stay at the property. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the inadequate lighting around the premises. It was so poor that I couldn't locate my room number, which was not only frustrating but also raised concerns about safety and accessibility. To make matters worse, when I attempted to seek assistance, I found that there was absolutely no one available to call for help after 10pm. This lack of support and the fundamental issue with the lighting made it impossible for me to stay at the hotel. This experience was not only inconvenient but also left me feeling stranded and unsupported by the hotel management. I hope this feedback prompts the hotel to make necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not face similar issues. I ended up paying double, staying at a nearby Marriott instead.

The check-in was great, They emailed me shortly before we were due to arrive and check in, it’s all self check in, but I had all the information I needed. One problem is finding the place and I recommend that the facility put a sign up with the address, or send a photo of the property in their check-in information because the taxi driver, and I had a very hard time finding the place because it wasn’t Shown as MIarentals, it was labeled Salem house. The room was extremely clean, but upon arrival, the smell of cleaning products was a bit overwhelming, it soon dissipated, but it was very clean. I think that this place is listed much lower in price than a lot of rentals around, which I did stay at a few hotels that were much higher price while I was there as well, but I think this is a great value, your close to the beach , cute little café for breakfast, very nice neighborhood, and I felt extremely safe while traveling with with myself, and my eight-year-old son. The place is definitely an apartment, with a few rooms for this sort of short term rental. You see a lot of nice cars in the parking lot, so although it is less expensive, I think it’s just a value stay place and I would definitely recommend, and I would definitely stay there again.

Third floor, elevator not working. Cold at night, couldn’t get the heating to work. Old apartment. The area was nice and has a Parking spot. Nice beach quite close.

The building was older but they had remodeled and the apartment was very nice. The location was very convenient with restaurants and businesses in walking distance. The beach was just across the street. There is a fee that is added onto the advertised price that you won’t see until you are getting ready to finish your reservation. Make sure you compare it with other accommodations that show their rates up front.

This property is one of the MiaRentals properties which have been a godsend to this newly relocated person to the state of Florida. This is my second stay with MiaRentals and they provide a wonderful service and places to stay for a week or more. Fully furnished. I love these guys.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the MiaRentals apartment. It certainly could have been better. My biggest issue with with the front door not having a working safety bar lock and only a deadbolt that could be open with a code from the outside. The power outlets were old and didn't hold power cords effectively. It also would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen. In any case, I would consider staying there again.

Perfect place to stay, the only problem, is the Prperty is under renovation, and some neighbour smoke WEED and cigarette, parking is safe, POOL is not working, i understand , inside A ! CLEAN CLEAN ! furniture are nice, bed is BOFF OK , not the best all time, kitchen perfect except miss some glass ! only 4 ! of each item, knife spoon, etc... should put more ! the beach stuff i give A and the extra bed hiden in closet also A thank you Mark

We stayed in a studio. We had received several emails from the property owner/manager, for the most part seeing if we wanted to check in earlier in the day for an additional fee. Check-in was at 3pm, at we received the entry codes about 15 minutes prior....coincidentally immediately after I texted them saying we had received no entry instructions. Earlier email said if we didn't get it by 3pm then to contact them. I didn't expect them to send it at the last minute, much less that I'd have to request it. Unclear if the property owner keeps the apartment in this condition or they're in the midst of renovating it. Kitchen looks relatively new, and that was perfectly fine - basic dishes, utensils, glassware, appliances, all good. Sheetrock behind the fridge has masking tape around it, as well as around large boards on the living space walls and ceiling. The sliding barn door on the bathroom doesn't give property privacy because of large gaps at the sides. Toilet paper was provided, but no holder for it (luckily the counter is next to the toilet). Didn't use the towel rack as it looked like it was about to fall out of the wall. Hot water was hot and plentiful water pressure was OK. Sliding door to the terrace very difficult to open and close. The mattress needs replacing - at least that none of the springs popped out despite the sagging and excessive motion of it. The location here was great, but this apartment was not well maintained.

The unit was laid out well. Had plenty of space and was comfortable. On site maintenance was always around and available. Location is great just off main strip and quiet.

Communication was excellent, however, I would have appreciate the instructions earlier in the day to have a little peace of mind, to be honest, I was getting very nervous by not having the Check-in instructions at least 2 hours before the check-in. After instructions arrived, thigs were really easy, from the parking, to the apt #, to the floor where it was located, to the CODE for the door. Apt was clean and fresh, thank God AC was already on. Very spacious, with plenty of towels for the bath, toilet paper, Beach Chair and umbrella. The kitchen was "ok", it had from the fridge, to the stove to the microwave, it also had knives and other utensils, unfortunately there was not Paper Towel, so I had to run to a gas station to get napkins, other than that everything looked fine. Dining room was extremely spacious, the bed was very comfortable, bedsheet seemed clean. So I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a mini get-away/staycation.

From the outside, the property doesn't look appealing -- it's in need of renovation (or at least some new paint). The unit itself was spotless, and relatively well equipped, though we would have appreciated some coffee to go with the coffeemaker, and some napkins or paper towels. Noise really carries through the building (and from outside), so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Great staying here but guests were loud. Walls must be thin as I could hear them talking and kids were being kids. Hotel needs a paint job and better landscaping. King tides affects parking area.

Overall my stay was cool. The unit was clean, large, provided free parking. I would consider staying again. A couple of notes, plenty of large towels were provided but more hand towels and wash cloths are needed. Plenty of beach towels were provided, although new, the towels were not washed (the tags were still on). The A/C units could not keep the unit cool (this was in October) and the units required service (filters).

My experience was perfect. The check in email arrived with all the details, codes, and even a over head photo with where to park and reach the unit. Unit was in perfect shape,kitchen spotless, all cuttelllries and pan/pots very clean. beach towels, umbrella and two chairs were available. Pool was clean and not busy during our stay. Easy access to the beach from the public access on the side of "The muse". Not my first time in Sunny Isles so I knew my way around. Having a parking spot reserved is very good.
