The apartment was well set up and clean. the front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The instructions for the appliances and the lights were limited, so it took a while to figure out. The only major critique is that the elevator did not work and we were on the sixth floor. The elevator had not been working for at least a week before we arrived, and it did not work for the entire week we were there, and, so far as we know, it is still not working - after a long day on our feet, returning to the apartment and having to climb five flights was not welcome.

The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment.

Clean and spacious room with helpful amenities such as a kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Quiet street and a five-minute walk to the tube. Perfectly met our needs.

Great stay in a quiet, convenient location. The studio was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with a kitchen and washer/dryer—perfect for a longer stay. The location is excellent, with Earl’s Court Station, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very good value for the area, and I’d happily stay here again.
