The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment.

Clean and spacious room with helpful amenities such as a kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Quiet street and a five-minute walk to the tube. Perfectly met our needs.

The location is excellent, the staff are great, and the room (a studio) was surprisingly spacious. There is no housekeeping other than emptying the bin (which is fine, just noting it). The lighting was terrible. I had to use my phone flashlight to see anything in the kitchen or in the wardrobes after dusk. Other than that, it is excellent value in an area with some very expensive hotels and small rooms.

We stayed for one night and wished we'd booked longer! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child and it was perfect! Big shout out to Amin at reception who was so kind with our little boy, telling him facts and even gave him a chocolate bar cause its his birthday! Thank you so much! Oskar says its a billion stars 🌟
