We stayed two nights. The hosts were amazing. Great choice for breakfast. Very convenient for the town.
The bedroom was quiet with a lovely view to the garden. Didn’t realise there was a fridge until the last day!!
We will return hopefully when the weather is better

When booking it mentioned that limited parking was available however there was sufficient parking for all guests (apparently this generally only becomes an issue in peak season when guests bring multiple vehicles). The location was great, only 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Stratford with a few pubs & restaurants even closer. Martin & Maria are lovely hosts and the room and communal areas were all very clean, modern & well finished. An excellent and comprehensive choice of breakfasts are provided. The rear decked balcony area and garden provide a lovely area for relaxation. Despite my room fronting a relatively road it was surprisingly quiet.
