The hotel is located in the countryside about 1/2 hour by car from the center of Angers. Everything is very nice as one would expect from a hotel with this rating. There are two observations, that lead to the subtraction of 1 star in the overall rating.
1st: We were there to attend a large wedding party, that lasted into the morning hours. It would have been a nice gesture on part of the hotel, if the usual breakfast time of 8 to 10 had been extended by 1 or 2 hours on the morning after the party. This would have given the many guests that stayed overnight a chance to get a good night's sleep.
2nd: The refrigerator in our room was stocked with 2 bottles of Evian water only. I would have expected a choice of beers or wine together with a choice of waters and a welcome gesture such as a chocolate or a fruit basket.

My only concern was the WiFi! The rest was great! Quiet, great food, great bedroom and a fantastic team

Very friendly staff and room very clean. Lovely setting with each room having its own terrace. Dog friendly and there is a great public open space on the other side of the road where dogs can be exercised. Unfortunately we could not use the restaurant because a wedding party was using it. However good restaurants nearby and good room service meant this did not detract too much.
