Check in was a breeze. Front desk at check in was friendly and efficient. I Was on the third floor which was very quiet. Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the room; freshly painted, with a new tub. Worn furniture but very clean. A little larger fridge would be nice. Food at the restaurant was very good, and my server was great.

I am disabled and requested a room for disability. The room was good, but the bathroom was not. The water took about 10 minutes to get cold, strange, I know. Then the toilet seat did not fit the toilet so I got pinched every time. But the part I liked the least was the shower. Most showers in a disabled room have the shower head that has a hose to make it easier to shower and this one did not and most have a seat in them and this one did not. It also was not a walkin shower, but that was ok.

The lady that checked us in was very nice and responded to our complaint of a dog next door barking. We were in a dog room and the place was rather sad with carpet thread bare in places and sink in bad shape. That being said , it was pretty clean and the bed was fine. They did have an area in the back for the dogs to potty.

Hotel stay was great, we got there early like 9am and got early check in for $17.. they let us spin and win free resort fee + coupons for $2 off @ restaurant, $20 bonus for slot machine, and free cookies 🍪. The staffs are friendly and professional Really love my stay here. This is about 5 miles from the strip so public transportation takes like 45 min and Uber rides takes $18

The hotel is above the casino. The hotel room was excellent --very quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable . The daily maid service was very good, but I prefer to not change my towels everyday for eco. reasons. Because the casino allows smoking, the restaurant and reception smell of smoke and I find that very unpleasant. but avoiding them, my stay was excellent.

Oh my goodness. . . The food at the restaurant here is DELICIOUS! I LOVE IT! Given a chance we would go back just to eat! Housekeeping for the rooms could be better. There were days where they forgot to clean our room. Do take note that the hotel lobby and casino area downstairs has very very strong cigarette and smoke smell. It will cling to your clothes. But this is to be expected. It is a casino afterall. All in all, I really like it. The location is great because it isn't noisy outside and there is a Walmart nearby. I will come back again!

Unless someone is holding a gun to your head do not stay here. The sheets were see through, worst pillows, and horrible beds. Almost no way to charge your devices, the only extra plug was in the bathroom. Towels were to small to wrap around you (I'm a small person) and ruff. The air conditioning unit made such a racket we had to turn it off, stuck in a hot stuffy room all night. The rooms are nonsmoking but the casino attached allowed smoking and the only way to the restaurant is through the casino. If you don't smoke don't stay here. Felt horrible for all the staff that had to work there, especially the pregnant woman working in the restaurant. Just don't stay here, unless it is your only option.

Excellent customer service. Decent beds, clean room. Basic hotel. Rooms are nonsmoking but smoking is allowed in the Casino just down the hall. The smoke odor is noticible in the rooms a little. Overall good stay as always. Bedding was worn, comforter was coming apart at the seams.

Room was clean, but in serious need of repair. I could not plug anything into a socket because they are so old and loose that the plug would not stay connected. Definitely a fire hazard

It's too bad. Used to be one of my favorites. But it's so run down it's not cost effective to stay here anymore. Sold TVs, dirty towels, ripped bedding. Once again a few dollars in upgrades and it could be nice again. It's a shame. People are nice.

I'm all about comfort and Longhorn fell way short. Beds were tiny, the coaster sized pillows are the same ones given out for free on airplanes, bedding was scratchy.

Booked it because it was the few pet friendly hotels we could find. Ended up not taking our pup. Not really family friendly, but the staff were nice and the rooms were acceptable.

They just celebrated their 35 anniversary, You're given coupons when you check in. The Chuckwagon restaurant has reasonable prices and good food. A lot of smoke from the casino. Every slot machine was taken. Its far from the airport. About a $45 lyft ride away. The beds were fine. Very limited plug ins and no usb ports.

Room smelled of disinfectant Signed up for players card, but card wouldn't work in some slots. Procedure to use card to play resulted in loss of money, due to lack of direction. Food very ave in only restaurant on property. Front desk lady kept referring to me as "hon"

Desk service was not that great as I stood and waited for about 10 minutes before I was served. Also they wanted to charge me 16.95 to check in 25 minutes early. Room was clean and everything functioned as it should, except the air conditioner was a little sketchy. However for the price I paid for the room I would stay there again.

The lobby has an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Our comforter had a cigarette burn in it. The bathroom door didn’t lock and the front door safety lock was half ripped off. The shower head in the bathroom is so low that I as a 5’2 woman had to bend my knees to shower. The rooms are also super humid for some reason and the AC on full blast did absolutely nothing. It’s winter time and still hot in the rooms so I wouldn’t want to stay for summer. The outside area doesn’t have any food places open late night and it’s in the ghetto with homeless around the front door.
