Really great staff here and location is excellent. One negative, There was a bad smell at reception (broken Sewerage pipe maybe) and windows outside were very dusty but this could be down to recent construction work on the roads.

Very convenient location near station & town centre
Plumbing needs fixing - no cold water in sink nor shower & boiling hot water.
More attention needed to getting the basics right.
