Clean & comfortable small studio apartment with kitchenette & washing machine - everything working well - functional layout- lift & 24hr reception
It was hot - aircon not effective enough for summer weather but windows did open for cooling breeze

I got an upgrade when I got there. Which was greatly appreciated
It was a bit hot but we have had a heatwave so there’s no complaint from me. The room was still very comfortable and very clean.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a room with a bath because I am disabled and need one, but on arrival I was given a room without a bath instead. When I spoke to reception, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I wasn't able to wash properly for the entire stay, which was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable.
The room was also unbearably hot. I asked if I could have an extra fan and was initially told to come to reception to collect one, only to then be told they couldn't provide one after all. There seemed to be very little willingness to help with either issue.
Mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of effort to resolve the problems or offer any alternative. I expected much better customer service, especially given that my accessibility needs had been made clear when booking.
