Unfortunately bathrooms in reception area were not serviced appropriately this was at breakfast time
As above.
Also, as mentioned to reception they’re were nail clippings at the locker side of the bed, perhaps the hoover was not strong enough. I noticed as I dropped some thing and had to retrieve it. Not a nice experience

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel valued. Staff were exceptional, bright and chatty. The room was immaculate, cool and comfortable. En-suite facilities very clean too. Location was slightly difficult to find, but that was probably due to my aged SatNav..!! Breakfast was brilliant, again greeted by one of the staff, happy and smiling. Plenty of food and choices to cater for all tastes and appetites. Absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff are a credit to the organisation, well done.

Breakfast was ok
We had booked a family room for 2 adults, an 11 and 16 year old. But there was a normal
King bed and then a very small sofa bed that was not even nearly big enough for 2 people of the ages of our children to sleep on. When I raised it with reception I was greated with a rude and abrupt staff member who said essentially I got what I paid for. Despite when I mentioned it to 2 other staff members they nodded and agreed - as if it was a common complaint. My husband slept on the floor in the end.
