Stayed once before both times staff have been excellent and all very helpful friendly and professional. I made an error and did not ask for a ground floor room as we are both disabled. We both use walking aids and no lift. On checking in staff tried to help but no room avaliable but offered help to get to room. On leaving my hubby stayed in longe after breakfast and I went to get bags, as I was leaving numerous staff, housekeepers, restaurant staff etc offered and helped me with my bags to get downstairs and to the lounge area. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice.

Beds are so comfortable, hotel room is clean and has the necessities.
Staff were quite abrupt, I recognise that they were busy due to the Festival happening around the corner but if you are paying over 150 for the night, you dont expect the staff to be rude.
Booked this hotel to use the pool facilities the next day, which I double checked (even the night before) and they said this is allowed, only to wake up and it be closed with no explanation.
Tries to order food late at night from the 24 hour menu and the lady was extremely rude to me and said, well we are busy so no one has time for this, order from just eats.
At reception they tried to add breakfast on and charge me for it, when it was already part of my booking.
If you book a hotel specifically for the 24 hour food and pool facilities then get told no (in such a rude way) to both, its going to feel quite disappointing.
