Location was great for our visit to the rugby and my sons , and the area was OK too. Lots of parking, staff were excellent and the dining area was lovely. Great shower with lovely fresh towels.
Opted for a smaller room and managed ok apart from bumping my head on the attic style roof. Might go for a standard room next time

The staff were very friendly and respectful. The funeral tea we were attending was nice, although limited choices for gluten and dairy free, sandwiches were a bit monotonous.
Room looked lovely when we arrived, but pillows and mattresses were hard. There was mould around the bath sealant and the toilet was not very clean, there were also small chips in the enamel of the bath. Breakfast was very disappointing, bacon was overcooked, sausages hard, no boiled eggs, just dried up scrambled eggs and fried eggs which had gone hard under the lamps. No cold meat or cheeses
