Nice revamp - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in bar/ restaurant area. Was good having Starbucks on site to. Rooms lovely
Could do with better tea/ coffee facilities in room. We had three nights there and hadn’t been topped up.

Pleasant staff. Clean room. Relaxed atmosphere. Good gym and swimming pool facilities.
Difference in treatment to “Club” members and normal clients (including Booking.com users): club members can check in earlier and check out an hour later. The room is not done every day automatically, only if requested.
Poor choice of eggs at breakfast: only scrambled eggs on offer and rather mediocre. The rest was fine.

Location, atmosphere
Constant noise from roof mounted extractor fans adjacent to the room, making it difficult to sleep.
