Friendly, welcoming staff. Comfortable room. No noise considering beside motorway and dual carriageway.
Nothing major but light bulb needed replacing just inside door way. Had to put towels on Bathroom floor due floor slopping away from drain.

Property is ideally located. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great
My TV did not have a remote control or a phone. I had to go downstairs and report this. 20 minutes later staff brought a remote control. My door would not lock with the additional inside lock. I didn’t report this as it was late and I was tired.
