Nicely presented, good looking bar area. Good breakfast, comfortable bed good sheets. Staff friendly.
No chilled Champagne available (even though on menu) only in the cellar came out warm. Two for one cocktail offer confusion due to cocktail chalk board misleading. Shower screen leaked and made floor unsafe. Check-in confusing as it comes through from Accorr and didn't link with hotel sufficiently. So speedy check-in failed.

Location was spot on from expectation, rooms comfortable, however the 4the made up single bed was an unwelcome addition and took room that could have made the space more comfortable. the shower was bang on and i ensured i got my moneys worth out of that
Staff could have been a lot more welcoming for a hotel of this reputation - we arrived 30 minutes early and was told your room is not ready you will need to come back. No hello or anything, not good if truth be told. In addition i had my disabled daughter with me and on the Saturday night we couldn't park in the disabled car spot as it was full, however only one displayed a blue badge - not good

Great location near the station
Room had stains on seating and carpet and felt like room needed a deep clean. Very noisy with nightclub/party noise that went on until 230am.
