Great hotel in a great location with great facilities!

Loved the room, which was a King suite, plus a fab location, close to station and city!

We requested 2 of the upgraded offered, we were only allocated one. This was a shame as we would have loved the bottomless brunch. We purposely got to the hotel early so we would be able to do brunch, unfortunately the weather was raining so we didn't move too far from the hotel, we spent quite a bit of time in the sky bar! As we got to the hotel early (hoping to get bottomless brunch) our room wasn't ready, I did popped back on a number of occasions hoping it might have been ready a little earlier than 3pm. Unfortunately it wasn't, which was a shame as it was such a beautiful room, due to our plans we had very limited time in it.

It was nice to be welcomed on the reception desk without being rushed ... the help of being to leave our luggage when leaving the hotel to being able to go into Leeds then go back to collect our luggage Thank you 😊. The hotel room was an overall clean ... bathroom beautiful & spotless. The cookies that was handed to you on reception was a nice touch ... Thank you !

The only one issue is not much of a choice on tea/coffee would be nice to have some hot chocolate thrown in there after coming back cold from a concert ! Not a fan of sachet milk used a majority of these for coffee as too strong but didn't make much of a difference the fridge only had water in & there was suppose to be a microwave in the room as on booking.com said it was a kitchenette with microwave 🤔 there was a shelf for one !

Lovely hotel and location, but our stay could have been better.

Private parking (although quite expensive), lovely food (room service), very friendly and helpful staff. Short drive from John Charles Centre for Sport.

Noise of people coming back to the hotel after a night out, as I’d stated we were travelling as 1 adult and 1 child, perhaps allocating us to a designated family area (not over looking the train station) would have been better and we might not have been woken up so much. I had one very tired daughter swimming in championships over the weekend.

A very enjoyable stay

The breakfast was very good. I had the continental option. It was set out very well too.

My room wasn't cleaned till 3pm on 2nd day and the coffee sachets were not replaced. A quick call to reception helped.

Great location, great hotel. We will be abck.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room which was lovely. The room was large, lots of space. We had wonderful views of the canal and bars. The toiletries were very good, nice fragrance. There were robes and slippers, a decent sized fridge with 2 bottles of water. The Sky bar at the hotel is great, they had a DJ on and the cocktails are great. The choice of breakfast items was huge. There was nothing not available at the breakfast buffet. We will definitely be returning to this hotel soon.

Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was catered for. The staff are awesome too. It would be difficult to find anything to complain about at this hotel.

Receptionist said she would put me in a nice room and she did. It was pink and girly and perfect for me :)

There was baths on the picture but when I arrived they said only the suites have bath tubs.

Excellent weekend away

Hotel was lovely, All the staff were excellent. The room exceptionally clean. Rooms were very comfortable, lovely sleep. Lovely outside sitting area alongside the canal. We had breakfast in the hotel, there was a varied selection. Pizza in the bar was very enjoyable. Good location

We found the breakfast wasn't hot enough so didn't eat much.

Super stay, lovely returned rooms.

The rooms have undergone a refurb since we last stayed, beautifully decorated, usb switches, lovely colour palette throughout. And the room was available early which was brilliant.

Beautifully decorated with friendly service.

I had a newly decorated room on the 10th floor. Very stylish and functional. I loved the new look and feel. The Reception / Front of House were very welcoming.

Our go to hotel in Leeds, great location, great staff.

Loved our newly refurbished room, I have previously commented on how the tired the rooms were looking, new decor makes a huge difference. Love the location of this hotel, really close to the main shopping area. Regularly use the Lock Bar, great atmosphere, friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast again wasn't as good as it had been in the past. Luke warm food and the quality of the ingredients, isn't as good as it used to be. Also some of the coffee machines are much too slow pouring, especially at busy times.

Fabulous!

Staff and location were fabulous. Definitely the best we’ve had on our trips to Leeds.

Perhaps a Cask Ale in the bar, but with so many great options locally this was not a problem.

Great views in a handy location.

Good location. Nice views over the canal and surrounding area. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The TV in our room didn't work well. The remote wasn't the correct one for the TV and didn't seem to have all the necessary buttons to navigate the hotel sub menus. Wi-Fi was good though, so all other devices worked OK.

Hotel is good and I always use whilst in Leeds, however I will not be returning due to the issue highlighted.

The sky lounge bouncer was aggressive, rude and totally arrogant. His whole personality was totally out of order and spoilt the whole weekend. I have never been spoken to in that manor and will not be visiting again.

Classy hotel in a great location.

Lovely room in a fab area of Leeds. Staff were all super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing!!

No plug socket or USB socket by the bed. There was one plug socket on one side, where we had to unplug a clock to be able to charge a phone, but at this price and with Hilton's reputation I was disappointed that there weren't USB (or at least normal plug) sockets either side of the bed.

Always my favourite place to stay in Leeds.

The new look bedroom was excellent together with the newly carpeted corridors.

Although the bedroom has been refurbished, the bathroom could do with a little TLC. The bottom of the bathroom mirror was corroded and peeling and the shower sealant round the door was hanging off. Not a such a good look for an immaculate bedroom! The hotel can be rather pricey at times.
