Location was lovely right by the canal.
Staff were polite.

Within walking distance to the city centre. Lovely view of the canal and great views from the roof terrace. Places to eat and drink nearby and it's close to the train station. Lovely helpful staff. Tasty cookie on arrival
Price of the car park is very steep. If your staying for a long weekend it can be expensive to park. You should get a discount if you are staying at the hotel. Sachets of hot chocolate would be nice and a selection of pillows. To soft for me.

We arrived around Midnight. The tall man on the reception was incredibly kind and warm and authentic, it truly made our trip amazing. The breakfast was incredible, room as well and location perfect.
