Good breakfast. Nice sized room with good hanging space and plenty of hangars. Nice bathroom with lovely walk in shower. Nice bar.
Although their conditions say parking is on a first come first served basis, I was asked if I wanted to pay for 2 days (and nights) parking which would give me a ticket providing access to the car park at any time during my stay. I was in Leeds for my son’s wedding. Unfortunately, following a wonderful day, I returned to the hotel at 12.30am on Sunday morning to find the mettle grill over the car park entrance closed. On querying this I was told very dismissively and unapologetically that the car park was full and I would have to find parking elsewhere. So I found myself driving around Leeds (a city I do not know) during storm Boelo, dressed in my wedding clothes, looking for parking which I did not find. I ended up parking on double yellow lines. I feel that as the hotel had received advanced payment for parking they should have a moral obligation provide it. A refund the following day did not in any way make up for the stress caused at the end of an otherwise perfect day.
