Awful marriott communication on the phone pre visit but hotel staff were brilliant.
I was talking to a chat bot who put me through to a tele worker rather than the specific hotel as it was a specific question. Very irritating.
Finally worked out how to ring reception (press 1 then 0) and the staff at the actual hotel were awesome.
The chat bots and call centres. Awful.

Room was great although the hotel was a little warm. Local car creating noise in the car park woke a lot of guests but that’s not the hotels fault, more location.

Location very good
Breakfast. Ran out of orange juice by 8.30 and when I asked was told it was out of stock. 2 out 3 days the hash browns were inedible as they had dried out so much having been on the hot plate for obviously far too long
Towels very thin and hard like sandpaper
Some very frayed around the edges
Water pressure poor in shower and head too big meaning that if turn head upside down on gets a dribble on any of the shower head settings. Water temperature also fluctuating a lot meaning it's too hot one second and cold the next.
Air-conditioning in the room inadequate. Despite it being on full it was still too hot in the room for comfort. We found it better turning it off due to its noise and opening the window, which given how hot it was outside, wasn't ideal either. I'd specifically chosen this hotel for Air-conditioning as I knew the forecast was hot
