Friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast which was helpfully served until a late time at the weekend. The best thing about the Park Plaza was the central location, next to the train station, shopping centre, restaurants and nightlife.
One lift was out of order throughout our stay which resulting in long waits.

Opposite the train station and in the middle of everything. Large clean towels.
The mattress I suspect has not been changed in many years with the people shaped indentations on it. Curtains didn’t fit windows properly. Reception staff not warm and friendly, however restaurant lady was lovely and helpful.
