Hotel was lovely, staff very friendly, room clean with very comfy bed and had all the amenities that you would need including iron, coffee machine & hairdryer. The breakfast was very nice too with a good selection.

Gorgeous decor. Lovely bathroom and brand of toiletries was really nice. Friendly staff. Bedding and size of bed was extremely luxurious. Chef was really accommodating in sorting some fried eggs out.
Pillows all seemed quite hard. Would have liked a choice of a softer one given the price of the stay. Fire alarm went off twice between 6:15 and 7:30am on the Sunday morning due to the settings of a new toaster. Felt this could have been avoided, especially the second one.

Interior very quirky, clean and comfortable. Great location in city centre. Great breakfast.
We booked the ‘deluxe double room’ and when we arrived the room didn’t match the photo on the website at all - it was tiny, about half the size. Apparently the photo is of the one outsized room in the category, and only if you complain will staff upgrade you.
We were also on the 6th floor and the water pressure in the shower was barely enough to wash your hair.
