Staff was very friendly , room was very clean , so was the hallways. I didn’t know construction was going on so after a night of traveling that was kind of annoying , our room was right outside of it and they started super early! Bed was not too comfy in my opinion so I didn’t sleep well to begin with. Shower pressure was great though!

This property was VERY CLEAN including common areas. I thought the free breakfast was a bit lacking. Coffee was weak, bread/bagel choices were skimpy, no bananas or apples (just oranges). That was just a half hour after breakfast started so it wasn't that items were eaten. All said, I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing as far as the room was concerned. Very clean, very modern and beautiful! One negative was no microwave. The front desk people werent super friendly but quick and efficient. All in all I loved it here and I will be back!!!

Excellent place to stay for our family of 5. Nice large rooms and the pool was nice and warm even mom & dad went for a swim. Great breakfast and staff top notch!

Really nice place for the money. No real issues except parking is a bit remote in a shared garage. There was a huge demolition of an adjacent property that was behind the hotel, which was an eyesore outside our room window, but that is temporal and not the fault of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Advertisement misrepresented and misleading to have an on premises restaurant when in fact there was no restaurant. No access to coffee or water after breakfast ended. Staff took away all beverages, beverages that even a two star hotel would offer. Wash cloths thin, low quality thread. I was extremely disappointed. I actually deserve an apology and a refund.

Nice, clean room. We originally chose this hotel because they do allow dogs, but we ended up not bringing ours. Beds were comfy, shower pressure was adequate, the room was larger with a small sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks and restaurants right across the street.

The hotel was very clean. Close to dining and not too far from the Cleveland Clinic. I was disappointed in the buffet breakfast. Eggs were cold and not much of a selection.

So far so good. We had a problem with our door at check in, but someone came up pretty quick to fix. The room was otherwise nice and decent sized. Nice location and easy to walk to dining/shopping.

The property itself is great. The reason for three stars is the bathroom door is a smoked glass. And you can hear everything that is going on in the bathroom, not very romantic. Also, if someone uses the bathroom at night, the whole room lights up because of the smoke glass door. Breakfast was OK at best. We just expect a lot more from the Hyatt at this price.
