Good hotel if you need to be in that part of Cleveland

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms large and modern.

Seemed pricey for that neck of the woods. They could do with better lighting in the room, it is a bit gloomy. Breakfast is a bit rubbish.

Forgot to clean my room. Nobody there to do it when I noticed. HVAC was weak and loud enough to constantly wake me up

Great for what we needed it for. I would not seek the property out because of how loud the air conditioning unit was.

Front desk staff seems nice but not familiar with the computer system

The front desk staff charged the fee to the other guest's credit card even after I requested to double check it's the correct credit card. She believed that the best way to comfirm is to go ahead and charge it, then print guests the receipt, and asked us to check the last 4 digits of the credit card on the receipt. Of course, it was the wrong card! she said now she just charged the fee, she cannot change payment info. It's not a big deal, but I wish she could check the payment info on file since we requested. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get reimbursement processed by the business...

We had a good time and my kids loved the hotel.

It was nice overall. It was nice to have access to the breakfast area later in the day. Use the microwave and have dinner there without bringing that food to our rooms. The place was clean and calm.

It was nice overall. My only complaint was the breakfast. Many items missing, example they had no cream cheese, no boiled eggs, no butter, only honey and fruit jelly.. and so many more. When they say breakfast is available at 7, the food should be ready at 7 not start cooking their breakfast at 7. We were short in time and that was an issue. Also, there was no Q tips or shower cap in our bathroom.

The Hyatt is convenient for my husband and me to visit our daughter at John Carroll University.

The location is perfect with so many food/shopping opportunities literally steps away. Excellent breakfast

Wonderful stay!

Great hot breakfast, spacious comfortable room, 24 hour fitness center. Enjoyed swimming in the the indoor pool.

Fine. Great location to Legacy Village but lacked some amenities offered at lower priced hotels.

Great location near JCU. Loved the Legacy Village outlet. Nice homey space. Staff allowed our large group to meet downstairs which was much appreciated. Loved the rooms.

The breakfast was cold only as staff members responsible for setting it up did not show up to work on time. Didn't like that it was pet-friendly, but it never posed a problem. The Lobby area was not kept clean. Was hoping for a hot tub in the pool area. Also a microwave would be appreciated.

I had a positive stay

My only issue was the dishes for breakfast. A couple bowls had dust/fuzz or some other foreign matter in them and a glass had lipstick on it from a previous use.

It was quaint, and comfortable. I was there for a procedure at the Cleveland Clinic.

Location is beautiful, and there is a lot of walkability.

The parking garage is not connected directly to the hotel. You have to leave the garage and walk across the street

Disappointed with the first room facilities and the distance from the elevator.

Breakfast was a fairly typical hotel breakfast ie: okay, nothing special

We'd asked for a disabled room with a walk-in shower. This was confirmed online and again at check-in. When we got to the room (which was a long way from the elevators), there was no walk-in shower. We called the front desk and they sent David up with new keys for a similar room next door; with a walk-in shower!. A special mention here for David who was extremely helpful and very personable. Nothing was too much trouble for him; a pity the young lady on check-in couldn't follow his example.
