Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. We were happy that we were there during business hours. Unsure what would have happened if this was on a weekend.
There were no elevators in either building. If you have mobility issues ask for the first floor. We were on the third floor and it was a bit difficult for my husband. We managed ok. We had a great time cycling in the parks around the city.

Wonderful property! Very comfortable bed! Has everything you need for a longer stay, even though we only stayed one night. Easy to walk around. Great communication and fast replies were very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
