Our stay was really nice, the staff was friendly with great hospitality and customer service! The building is old but very well maintained, the swimming pool was clean and the staff were attentive. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent dining experience. Our outside view from the room was beautiful! We highly recommended!

The hotel was really close to everything we were there for! The restaurant in the hotel was so amazing to our 5 year old as well as great food! We had a great time and definitely will be back!

Stayed here Saturday - Tuesday for Winter Carnaval with our 2 children. The room initially advertised both in photos and the amenities, that the room would have a small table with 2 chairs, it did not. We found this to be inconvenient as it left us no place for our 2 children to sit and eat, which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeping every few days is advertised as being eco friendly but personally it was wildly inconvenient to not have clean towels each day, or at least enough towels based on the occupancy; we had 2 large towels for a family of 4. There was a SEVERE sulfur and chlorine smell that was extremely strong, I’m not sure how the folks with balconies facing the pool tolerated it! The hallway had such a strong sulfur smell and since our return home we have washed the bathing suits 5 times and can’t shake the smell - looks like they are getting tossed. Overall, the location is great but the smell and lack of fresh towels each day will have us searching elsewhere for our return next year. Staff was lovely though!

Property was old and smelled bad. they also dont clean the rooms until the 4th day of the stay. since we were there only for 3 days, we never had our room serviced. we would not stay in this property in the future.

Stayed for Winter Carnaval. Great location to everything. Only minus I would give is parking lot was not made for our pick up truck. We had to find an outside lot and pay every 10 hours.

The hotel is quite old and needs a refresher. Coffee machines in the room but no bottled water provided. No usb outlets, it’s 2024… Slight sewage smell when you first enter the lobby from outside, then an abundance smell of chlorine from the pool. The hot tub is lukewarm at best and full of kids. Parking is challenging but Aziz was very helpful as I had to put my Thule box in storage or I couldn’t get my SUV under the building. Overall it did the job for the Winter Carnival but I would choose somewhere else if staying in QC again.

For the hotel good service, nice room. On the other hand, for the spa like several customers it ruined our swimsuits. For a weekend worth several hundred dollars, not sure I want to go back. I will make another choice for my next stay in Quebec.

Good overall. Only real issue was when checking in the desk attendant asked us to sign what she said was "just the no-smoking policy", but which actually contained a bunch of info about rights we're waiving, the hotel's liabilities, and also a clause confirming that they can take money from our account if something goes wrong. Strikes me as misleading to hand that off as "just the no-smoking policy". The document was also dated to two-days before our check-in which was sketchy, since it could potentially allow them to charge us for things that happened before we got there. I changed the date on it, and everything ended up fine, but just pay attention to what you're signing.

Everything was excellent. However, I recommend they clean the water in the pool and hot tub as they were not clean.. I would give five stars to everything however, pool water, and hot tub water need to be cleaner.

Excellent location and very cool atrium with pool and nightly live music. I was disappointed with the staff, our room was never cleaned even though we were there for 4 days and I asked a cleaner on day 3 to please clean our room. When my son went to the front desk to ask for more towels since no one had changed ours out they only gave him a few hand towels and said that was all they had until morning and of course never brought any to us in the morning.

The pros: - location (walking distance to old Quebec) - offers parking (fee) - includes a fridge/microwave The cons: -No housekeeping! We stayed for 4 nights and on day 3 our garbage was finally changed and clean towels provided (without having to ask and wait an hour). Our bed was NOT made let alone sheets changed (Gross)! Had to ask for coffee refills daily which gets annoying. -pool area was way too small for the size of the hotel. Pool could be a couple of degrees warmer. -Overall adequate because of location

I appreciated that the floors were made of laminate wood rather than carpet which you can never really clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Great location if you're interested in visiting Old Quebec.

There is not enough lighting in the hotel room. At the entrance of room there is only one light switch that turns on the pot lights above the coffee bar area but the rest of the room is dark. We had to walk in to the darkened area to manually turn on all three lamps. The fourth did not work. The location is excellent. It is right beside old Quebec. Lots of amenities inside the hotel including a convenience store. Definitely, will return.

walkable distance towards old quebec city, strategically located and has underground parking with jn and out passes without trouble. We stayed for 3 nights but we didnt receive a towel replacement / cleanup over the course of our stay.
