The hotel is excellent. No problems. They arranged ride from airport, guide and ride to Knossos. Room was completely satisfying. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is near everything.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a small selection but tasty and good quality.
