It is within walking distance to boutique and antique shops, restaurants, wine tasting, and only minutes to Dead Horse State Park and River Front Park, for those who like to take long walks, runs, and/or bike rides. It is also within driving distance to Sedona (20 min) and Jerome (15 min). The cottage is at the end of a dead-end street, which offers quiet and serene days and evenings for your enjoyment. The cottage also offers a front sun porch for your morning coffee or tea while you listen to the birds and running water nearby. And for your evenings it offers a back courtyard with table and chairs for your private happy hour time.

Charming house that was clean and quiet. The nature path close by was convenient to walk into Main St as the property sits further back than what the listing shows. The host was great and made sure we were all set for our visit. Very comfortable stay!

This is a great property. My wife and I loved the history of the cottage, the work put in to remodel was very nice, and being close to Old Town Cottonwood is a plus. We would do it again.

This was an absolutely lovely historic home that combined charming character quirks and modern amenities. The house was as described. Lin reached out to us before we came and clearly she is passionate about making sure the house is kept pristine.

Loved the location of this property. A trail right off the property took us to a wooded area and connects to Old Town Cottonwood. Jerome and Sedona are a short drive away. The neighborhood was very quiet. The accommodations were perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

I loved staying at Lin's house. We had a lot of fun đ. Everything was within walking distance and the house was absolutely gorgeous. The paintings are phenomenal this is coming from a beginner Artist. Very inspiring. The creek right around the corner was fun to listen to as well âşď¸. My husband and I spent three nights in the house. It was a perfect location for our day trips. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely book this rental again!

Great property and host. Not being used to stepping down into living room, we put a dining room chair at the base of the single step and then used the chair back as a bannister. Life was good! No sprained ankles. The kitchen and baths were fully stocked. The AC was also great. It was a super-comfortable stay. We'll be back. Thank you, Lin.

This two bedroom, two bath was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. Nice touch was a couple of cold waters in the fridge. We loved sitting out in the morning drinking our coffee. The sounds from the nearby river we heard from the front porch was delightful. The walk to the Historical District from the house was nice also, even though it was pretty toasty.

We were visiting family in the area. The cottage being close to old town we were able to walk and meet them at the restaurants and neighborhood wineries. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. When we visit Cottonwood again we will look forward for our next visit.

The cottage was a great place to stay! Everything went well and the host were responsive when we had questions. Nice trail that was close by for morning walks which we enjoyed! I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay at Linâs home. Very clean and well appointed. Great location for hikes, recreation, downtown Cottonwood and easy access to Sedona. Communication was very good and we would stay here again without a second thought!

Exactly as presented! Well-appointed, very clean, great location and price. Lin was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Also really appreciated the motion-sensing nightlights and the quality of the bed sheets :)

One item that was an issue was the hot water in the main bath would not get hit in the sink faucet plus the kitchen sink would not get hot.

I had a lovely stay in Cottonwood. This cottage provided a safe and comfortable space. The location at the end of the cul de sac is quiet, near a stream, trail access and old town, as well as an easy drive into Sedona.
I'd communicated that I enjoyed cooking and inquired about the kitchen accommodations. I was able to improvise with a few appliances and the host provided a fantastic assortment of Penzey's spices (one of my favorites!).
If you are a light sleep & visiting in a time when the heat is being used, I'd suggest earplugs. The furnace was a bit loud, but didn't bother me any. This cottage provided what I needed while attending a training and doing a little exploring of the area. Thank you Lin.

This property is just as stated in the listing. I had searched a while and when this newly listed, adorable property popped up we grabbed it. The beds are great, the showers/bathrooms are fantastic. All redone and fresh, the house is very comfortable. We wanted to stay outside Sedona for some quiet and more space. We didnât really do much in Cottonwood, here as a home base for Red Rock hiking, but it was a pleasant ride in and out. We stayed on EST, so were up before dawn and on trails early. The scenery on the road was beautiful. Groceries are nearby, and we had one dinner our first night in town. Lin was in touch weeks before we left for our Arizona adventure, to introduce herself and check in with us. Weâve stayed in many Vrbo homes over the years, our favorite way to travel, and she was one of the best hosts! We wish weâd stayed one more night, but had ourselves locked in. Would definitely recommend, and do it again.

This home is gem! Beautiful creek next to the home. The house itself is beautiful with amazing art work and decoration though out. Close to Jerome and Sedona if you want a day trip. We loved how close we were to downtown Cottonwood. Thank you for the amazing stay!!!! We made new memories that will never be forgotten.
