We had a good stay overall, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good as well. As many mentioned, the hotel is not on Madeira beach, you have to take the hotel's shuttle, which you need to schedule in advance. For us, it was not the best option, but perhaps others find it more convenient. As hotels.com was asking about the eco-friendliness of the hotel, I would like to mention the horrible styrofoam plates and cups, and plastic utensils (wrapped in more plastic) they have at the breakfast buffet. Needless to stay, this is a huge waste, not environmentally friendly, horrible to eat from/off, and there has to be another option.

Hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was good. Beach is a 5 minute drive. Walmart in the same parking lot was very convenient.

Luke, our shuttle driver was great. Afternoon and night staff was friendly. Pool was crystal clean. Hotel could use a refresh: Finish was coming off of bathtub, chairs were peeling, our door was dented,TVs have direct TV with no smart options.

Very nice place to stay. Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at & I'm very picky. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Staff was very friendly & helpful when our tv wouldn't work. Pool area was very nice. Excellent stay & would definitely stay here again.

Only needed one night, but it was great! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. I really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. This was very close to the Bay Pines VA, St Pete Beach and restaurants. The Walmart right next door was handy too.

Its a newer hotel. very very clean. nice heated pool. nice rooms although the rooms are very industrial looking without coziness… they were modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was phenomenal. its located just a few miles from the beach.

the hotel is built in a Walmart parking lot. King size bed was not available, room okay. Website advertised as 7 miles from the work location, turned out that it was nearly 14 miles away or a 35 minute drive.

I create a reservation because I needed to use the Spa mainly, and the Spa was broken. So I paid $139 for a room with spa that after I make the reservation it was $117 with no spa. How a hotel that overcharge people and makes billions of dollars in the daily don’t have a maintenance team to take care of things immediately as soon something breaks down?

Probably the best IHG property we've ever been to. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, spa area nice and clean, breakfast is good (better than the usual continental breakfast). Easy drive to Madeira beach. Very enjoyable stay.

Only issue is breakfast offerings premade omelettes and mystery meat for breakfast sausage. Otherwise offered fresh fruit good coffee and tea and decent biscuits

We had to Plunge our toilet four times during our stay and the water overflowed at one point. We were hoping there would have been a solution to it but they kept bringing us the plunger in a bucket. The breakfast buffet was great and the pool And hot tub were nice.

The hotel is very nice. The only negative is you have to pay to park. It’s not even in a big city or no parking deck. I just wish companies would stop nickel and diming everything and charge what you charge for the stay. But still a very good stay.

The lady at the front desk I didn’t get her name but she is always super helpful and so accommodating, we have been down a few times to stay being we had our veteran at the VA and it’s across the street. I have a little one and we drive 2 hours normally to come down and she does her best to get us in there

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was a bit dated and clean at first glance, but as we shifted things for one reason or another, you could tell that things were just dusted at very quickly (shower window was filthy and there was definitely a bit of an odor.) That being said, it was above average for what we needed on a short sports tournament trip. My only call out would be that no one answers any of the phones. We tried to call housekeeping and the front desk at least 10 times during our stay (looking for extra towels), and didn’t get a pickup once. We eventually just found a housekeeper. Not a huge deal, but it takes 2 seconds to answer the phone.
