Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in C201 and I was pretty upset when I arrived. There was little to no ocean-view. I was upset with Lorraine the manager at check-in. An hour later the owner showed up with two bottles of wine and some other items. We stepped outside and he showed me what was the ocean-view 4 years ago when he named the apartment. The landscaping grew in and blocked the view but he did not change the name since they invested so much money into marketing under that name. The owner was very sincere and to be honest the apartment and the area is so nice the view really did not matter. If not for they view I would have ranked the experience 5/5. This apartment is definitely worth a try.

The landscaping is has grown an block what was seemingly the ocean view :(. Other than that the place is very nice and management was very professional.

My family and I fell in love with this place and Ocho Rios, pictures dont do it justice. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for and as described in the photos online - clean, spacious and well equipped. The surrounding neighbors were very friendly. The security personnel was pleasant. Also great location and accessible to all tourist attractions and local Town Centre. You have to be there to experience it. We enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners on the spacious patio. We asked for Beverly to just come once during our stay for clean up & were pleasantly surprised to come home to a warm & delicious meal. It was heaven sent since we had just gotten back from a long day enjoying horseback riding, Swimming with the dolphins, Dunns River falls & Mystic Mountain. We went to the local river, the development also had its own private beach. The trip was a blast!!! I highly recommend this place as the place to stay in Ocho Rios.
