Property itself is a little outdated and on a very busy street, but these did not bother us at all. I have to mention this in case someone is picky where they stay. This hotel is very basic but helped us tremendously for a one night stay.
Bed was comfy.
AC, TV with option to log in to streaming services, hairdryer, mini fridge, microwave, towels, bar soaps, included.
No carpet (hence, no allergies yaye!).
Parking is AMAZING.
Pets stay free.
There's 3 trash bins in the room (a plus, as I've been to hotels with just one!!!)
Property itself is quiet and peaceful (besides the busy street but they can't control that).
In and Out is super close.
Check In and out were a breeze.
My only recommendation is to have at least 2 keys per room instead of just 1.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in but old hotel so it is what it is. Location is perfect, easy to park and watch your car right out your window. Pets stay free and safe potty places around for them to do their business. Bonus is walkway behind hotel to walk safe from traffic and even to IN and Out Burger less than 1/4 mile away. McDonalds is right across the street which is good since no coffee maker to speak of in room. Does have microwave and small fridge-Perfect
Walls are thin, shower/water pressure sucks but not a deal breaker,
Already booked my next trip, very affordable for San Diego.
