Brand new room. 2 complaints Beds were uncomfortable and we lost Tv reception the last night. Inconvenient with 2 teenagers

Finding dog food in the room and bathroom floor. One child happened to eat one of dog food. Disappointed and think the floor was never vacuumed and swept.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in was not. He was not helpful. I asked to have my room near my sister and he said we were on different floors and it was not possible because of the holidays and it being hectic, yet, there didnt seem to be many people there.

We had an enjoyable experience with family and friends. The casino was unusually quiet, but the restaurant was busy. The food was very good and the staff was efficient and very nice.

We had fun in the casino, but the time we went to bed i found a pillow had blood on it for disappointment 😞. Not any combination for it. Complain about it. Staff at nights very rude. Going to Complain about it when I check out.

Not a whole lot of options as they’re in the process of renovation. No buffet, limited food selection at Plums, 1991 kitchen sit down seems nice but a bit pricey I think.

Only thing and this was my fault, I booked and it was a smoking room. The side of the building was really smokey, again this was my fault for not checking. Other than that, I really wish there were more dining options. On a weekend once 10pm comes around, the only option is Plums. It would be nice to have another restaurant or have a little more variety for meals.

Very nice casino and hotel. Wasn't sure what to expect coming from 7 hours away and just needing a quick overnight place for a funeral. Was nice clean place, easy check in and out. No luck at the casino though!

Will not be returning. Was horrible. Got to our room to find it full of Japanese beetles everywhere and Dirty towels. When went to the front they said oh the most we can do is have maintenance get rid of those but wouldnt address the dirty towels then the room next to us was so noise and crying kids. After a 12 hr shift at work just wanted to be able to take a decent shower snd relax and get a good night sleep. Went to take a shower and there ws dirty and hair all over the back of it. I would have rather just went in slept in my vehicle. So Gross. And they dont do anything

I was very disappointed. The water to my room was shut off for over 4 hrs and was never informed. I called the front desk, they said 30 min. It was off from 1am - 6am. I was not able to use the bathroom all night. I stay at this hotel when I travel for business to Brainerd. I will reconsider staying here next time. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

For the most part the room was fine....unless i wanted heat or the fan. The heater or fan would run for about half an hour and then begin rumbling as though a train was right in the room. I called and requested service....i did not get it. Very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep. I left a day early

We loved the pool and hot tub. Big, beautiful and clean!! It featured an outdoor theme with trees and murals and had extended hours for over 18 years.

The room was filled with ladybugs and flies. And it didn’t really appear to have been vacuumed, along with the remote control to the TV which would not power it on..

Our toilet kept clogging up with little to anything in it. We called to front desk to have someone come take care of it. Called 3 times before anyone answered, and they said they would send someone up. My husband waited for 2 hours and no one came. He finally got it to go down himself.

Our rooms weren’t ready. Check in was at 3:00 and our room was not ready until 7:30 at which we were already at our event and weren’t able to check in until 10:30.

The hotel was clean and so was the casino. The pool area was wonderful and very clean. I loved that they provided separate towels for the pool. Everyone was very friendly. Rooms were a little dated but very clean. Water pressure in shower could have been better but the hotel is under going renovations. I would definitely stay here again.

Had the boat with, I like it was under surveillance and had security checking? Did not have to worry about removing everything from the boat...

Really great bed and shower. The pool is amazing! You don’t have a lot of choice for restaurants right there but the place we ate dinner and breakfast was good food and service so it was fine! Would recommend!

I wasn’t happy with the distance required to get into the rooms from the side entrance. And parking was not at all accommodating to the hotel guests.
