Good location, decent inner courtyard view, quiet. Clean sheets, comfortable bed and sofa. Unfortunately the flat had some serious leaks on the ceiling in five places covering more than 2 square metres in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. There had been a terrible leak(s) from the floor above that had not been dealt with and no notice of the issue was made to us before arrival. The building corridors are being decorated and the lift was not working. It is a very large office building, which is a bit bizarre. Also the air conditioning did not have any power to it, so did not work at all. Guests should have been notified of these issues ahead of arrival. Also, separate links were sent the day before arrival to leave a security deposit and payment for cleaning fees. Disappointed about our stay here.
