The property was clean and comfortable… if I owned this property, I would upgrade the room/bath amenities e.g. soaps, shampoos, towels, TT etc to match the room quality (and yes, I know it will increase costs) and put in-room coffee service forward rather than hiding it… IMHO! Perfect home base when working in the area. Located close to major freeway access and near coffee shops and eateries. The pool is very nice and quietly, even for being close to the freeway, it feels secluded. The restaurant quality breakfast is fantastic and includes freshly made eggs and sausage, oatmeal, diy belgian waffles, pastries, juice, coffee, cocoa.... so many things to choose from, I can't believe it's included in the nightly rate. Rooms were perfectly clean and new looking. They offer housekeeping DAILY, which is a nice option if needed. There is a nice little snack bar near the front desk and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I'll be back for sure.

Professional and courteous staff upon checking in. Kinda disappointed with breakfast, eggs/sausage didn't look cook, basic breakfast compare to other Hamptons. What surprised me was the camera at eye level while getting coffee. Lotsa'of construction going on, N/S on/off ramps(heads up). Overall, stay was nice.

The Hampton's King Studio Suite is spacious, contains all the essentials, and features a bed of "just right" firmness. The microwave & fridge came in very handy. The coffee maker is of inferior quality; the breakfast buffet is the place to get a decent cup.The windows do not open, and the AC/heater unit cannot be turned off, which could be a nuisance for some (once the room temp stabilizes, it'll be fairly quiet). There is no in-room safe, and the decor is bland but in good condition. The pool is clean, not very chlorinated, and just big enough for actual swimming (and I had it all to myself). Breakfast features the classic American hot & cold favorites with small daily variations on the egg & meat options. There are several eateries in the neighborhood; the most convenient ones are right next door (burgers/tacos and Mediterranean, ideal for take-out). The hotel may seem generic & unmemorable, but it's friendly & well-run. If I need to stay in that part of Mission Viejo again, this would be a safe, predictable choice.

The staff is AMAZING! Especially Saad and his partner. Shower pressure was very low and needs tweaking, kiddos thought breakfast was terrible, but overall great stay!

Problems with the room... the bathroom door did not stay closed, it slid open. No fan. But the bed was comfortable, and tv worked.

Jacuzzi was nice and hot at the end of our day. JK Burgers and Tacos was right next door and was absolutely delicious. Awesome burgers. Hotel was quiet and clean.

The check in and cleanliness was great. Room looked clean and inviting. I woke up numerous times throughout the night though due to neighbors doors ( seemed to be the bathroom doors) slamming. So thin walls. The outdoor traffic was loud and the light was coming through the blinds below. The streetlights were bright and think those were the lights. I’m tired today. It wasn’t as relaxing as I had hoped

Excellent stay. The property was very quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. I would give it 5 stars but our room had an issue with the mini fridge not working and the bathroom vent being broken. The free breakfast was fantastic!! Beautiful entryway!

First night sleep was mildly disturbed by outside noise from electrical equipment,, the front desk changed my room and second night was good.

Stay was excellent until 8:30 am the cleaning staff started opening and closing near by rooms. Talking loudly in hallway woke both my husband and I up. 2 hours before check out seems a little unusual to hear loud cleaning crew in hallways.
