This is my wife and mine 3rd time staying here with in a year. It’s awesome!!! Staff is great. Overall very clean. Close to enough attractions on the boardwalk, but far enough away from all the noise in the summer. Two reasons for not a full 5 starts, 1) lots of other people’s hair in the room and some bedding. 2) No cameras pointing at the premiere parking spaces. Last time had my truck hit and could not figure out who did it. Overall will be booking here again for summer and fall.

I enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness was good. I didn't have to bother the staff with things that did not work or that was not cleaned. My stay was very pleasant and the staff was very accommodating.

Last time we were here you could park in gravel lot shared with brass balls directly behind hotel …… now you have to pay to park in that lot & free guest parking lot is 2 blocks from hotel…. Not cool… other then that everything else was fine

We switched to the Monte-Carlo last minute due to an issue at another hotel and I cannot emphasize how pleased we were with our stay. Parking is unique - don't get me wrong but specifically this time of year - there were multiple open spots around the hotel that did not require premier parking or a long walk. We did premier parking because I'm on crutches and while a tad pricey it was worth it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I can give is to have the indoor units serviced - ours was a bit loud when it turned on but it quieted down. Beds were more than comfortable, fridge was very cold and the service was SO NICE. Shoutout to the front desk agent who survived a cheerleading weekend in OC - she couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Indoor pool a tad small but for what we needed, it was great! Overall a very positive stay and will pick this hotel again when we return. Thanks Monte Carlo!

Never had a bad stay there. They let you check-in early, front desk staff great. Pool awesome. Wish we could turn off the balcony light at night while sitting outside. But….if I’m paying $26 dollars a day for “ premium” I would expect there to be some kind of security cameras out there. Will my truck was hit. (Whole side of my truck bed caved in.) but no cameras, so could not see who hit my truck. That’s why the poor ratings.

Air conditioner did not work Hotel was clean Parking lot in front of the hotel is no longer just for the hotel. it's premium parking for the hotel and remained empty. The free parking lot is 2 blocks away.

It was great stay. Everyone was friendly. But parking was hard unless you paid 21.00 for their parking. When in their description did not say that. If you didn’t want to pay that the you had to park two streets away from them.

They state free parking but there are only about 8 free spots near the hotel, the other spots are about a block or two away from the hotel. They charge 22.00 for parking by the hotel if those spots are full. The air conditioning in the room did not work well and the toilet also broke while we were there.

We had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony on the second floor. There was a sturdy table with chairs on the balcony too, which was a nice bonus. This is a great location close to the boardwalk. If you're lucky enough to get parking beside the building like we did, you won't have to park a block away. The elevator was not working when we were there, but it wasn't an issue since we were on the second floor.

Unfortunately when we entered our room overall it was clean but the toilet was not, and we called immediately, and it was resolved quickly. The elevator was out of service the entire 3 nights of our stay, and although we are able, it was not desirable to climb several flights of stairs multiple times. The shower head was not strong. However, the hotel never lost power during the storm and we had daily refreshing of towels - the refrigerator was very cold, and all appliances were in good working order.

This was our first family vacation to Ocean City! The place across the street had parties every night, but we didn’t hear a thing! Great bonus for all- never want to complain about people having fun. The staff was very gracious and friendly and the crapes at the restaurant on floor one was a major plus. Everything was perfect besides a few patches of sand in our room, but that’s expected in every beach hotel we stay at. Great location, and the convenience of 2 pools. Def staying here again!

great location and ocean view was wonderful. Plenty of towels were supplied. Front desk personnel were efficient. property was shoddier looking in reality than the pictures depicted. Rooftop pool was nice but the access door is nearly impossible to open. The room was mostly clean, but the top of the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and other less obvious surfaces had been ignored. The bed linens appeared to be clean, but there were random hairs on the sheets. If the cleaning staff gave just a little more effort to details, guests would feel much more comfortable.

The hotel was okay. Super convenient location. Parking is relatively close to the property so I don’t think it is as bad as some other reviews said. One of the lots for parking does not have hotel signs so it is confusing. The rooms are not sound proofed at all as we could hear people taking or flushing toilet in the room next door. But overall given the cost it was a good choice.

I liked being right on the board walk. the beach was right there!! My balcony had a perfect view and nice outdoor furniture I hated their beds Their mattresses were old with no support The drawers were broken inside and the kitchen had no pots or pans! The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there were several elevator issues so we had to use the emergency stairs

So parking is an issue so be prepared. The bed was very uncomfortable causing hip and shoulder pain. The sheets were extremely scratchy and the shower had no pressure. Make sure if you want a kitchenette that that is what you got because we did not and they can’t help you with that. The balcony and location was perfect.

Receptionist did not give us parking address and we were driving all around … too noisy at night ! Downstairs is dirty swimming pool and the 6 floor is same dirty .

Parking was a little inconvenient especially with a bigger vehicle and it looked like the building might have been damaged by a storm but other than that very clean and staff was very friendly will stay again for sure. Loved how close it was to the beach.

Did not like the offer of a kitchenette with NO utensils. Did not like the parking situation. AC barely worked. Door to pool is dangerous. Elevator skipped floors.

Overall it was a nice stay. Front desk was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking. And the security guard walking around the hotel- he kept accusing us of smoking marijuana and we weren’t. It was very annoying.

A bit outdated but super convenient as located right on the boardwalk. Room was great to the purpose of sleeping. Hot water and water pressure were lacking. Beds were not overly comfortable, however the reason for the visit was the beach and it was right outside the door.
