Had to ask for new towels and had to put garbage in hallway to get picked up, not a bad place other than that.

I booked this room with a kitchen, only to get there and there were no dishes, pans, utensils etc.
Other then that, the room was in a great location, and very clean. Some of the younger lady staff members could be a little nicer- but Todd was excellent! I would stay again, but wont pay to have a kitchen.

Room was great- plenty of space and the mini kitchen was a plus. The location was perfect. We had a view of the beach. Parking was about a block away but there was an area to load and unload the car. Staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. You can hear everything in the halls outside your room and in the rooms next to you, but overall it was great and would stay there again.

The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked great. We did not have ocean front, we had side view, but it was good. We really missed out on the roof top pool. We didn't go up to the 6th floor until after going to the beach on our last day there. It is definitely worth checking out. We did not have much interaction with the staff, but they were always there if needed, and very polite.
