We stayed only one night, but we had what we needed: proximity to Universal studios, someone to help us out planning the day at the park, many food options, comfortable bed, soft towels and a lot of space to lay out our suitcases (this stay was a part of a bigger trip). We even had a room with the view of Hogwarts! Also, the rooftop restaurant is great, good food and nice sunset! It was very convenient because we walked from the hotel to the park. In the morning, this is extremelly useful because the security gate is much closer to the ticketing gate, compared to the shuttle bus station. Plus, we had early entrance as guests of the hotel.

The hotel is nice. Staff are nice and helpful. Our room was clean. I called for more wash cloths and they were there in 5 minutes. The hotel is also exceptionally quiet. Even with people around. The views from the rooftop are amazing. My only complaint was that our room was next to the elevator and you can hear the constant clicking of it. My recommendation would be to make sure you avoid those rooms.

Roof Top bar was under remodel but the rest of the property is fantastic. rooms were a bit small…which who cares, you aren’t there to enjoy your room! :)

Very nice hotel. Perfect location to the parks. The Universal shuttle bus stops at the nearest bus stop to the park entrance. It was very convenient and never a long wait. The hotel staff seemed very caring of their guests. I really like this place and will return again.

Great location if your going to Universal or city walk. Nice room, only 1 issue: a slight 'banging' noise all night, all 8 days, coming from air duct. May have been reverberating from elevators. Just loud enough to hamper foing to sleep. Parking was listed as $18 when we booked, but it is now $21/ day. Bus/ water taxi to citywalk is great! Food in food court looked very good but 3/4 only open at dinner. Only lunch option is asian noodle bowls. We were teleworking all week, so we had to go out for lunch daily. Staff was great. Rooms clean and on theme ( future)... but its actual a pain to have to navigate a tablet to turn on the lights/ tv. A light switch is actually better! We paid extra for skyline view, and views were of theme park which was great.

This trip was to take our grandson to universal and IOA but this trip we decided to stay again there for walking purposes close to citywalk etc. But this time was diffrent the service the staff was good but NOT ONCE WAS ROOM CLEANED or asked to be cleaned we run out of everything had to re use all of it. Towels thank God nuff rags . But this trip there made me realize its easier but worth it to stay OFF PROPERTY AND DRIVE ... Aventura is not for us no more period...... too expensive to be a 4star resort and i stayed in way better places none of staff fault ill say again. But room i was suppose to get one king bed theybgave us double queens i think 🤔 the beds wa CEMENT and the bathroom was not very clean i mean for a price we paid. Ill go next time elsewhere i also emailed instantaneous i left my android my watch to my galaxy 22 note phone and yet to get a reply not that the cleaning crew would turn a 700.00 watch in .... so down my watch too but overall from 1 too 10 it was a 4 1/2 not a good second stay at Aventura!!!!!!!

Great stay at the Aventura at Universal. Desk service was always courteous and prompt, with thoughtful details like giving us key cards that matched the theme we were going for (we were specifically on a Wizarding World trip). The downstairs dining was very good, and the rooftop bar was also good, even the Starbucks in the hotel had exceptionally fast service! Rooms were cleaned every day, new linens and towels, and there was even a delivery robot that told jokes to you!

It was quiet and clean, the staff were helpful and the food was pretty good. There’s a Starbucks also which was super nice. Transportation until 1am to the city walk and parks which was awesome. Not terribly far of an Uber ride to the Disney parks as well. Overall would stay here again for sure!

Great location for young adults visiting Universal! The hotel has great amenities such as room service, food and Starbucks in the lobby, & friendly staff! Bonus is that you can utilize the other pools at Universal hotels by asking for an amenity key & use the water taxi. I would stay here again!

Could not fault this hotel, everything about it was spot on. Rooms, pool, hot tub, roof top bar, starbucks, breakfast options, pizza oven and right next to from Volcano bay entrance with regular shuttles to Universal parks. Would recommend as best hotel to stay at in Orlando.

Very modern. No restaurant, but a large open area like a cafeteria with several food stations to choose from and many seating options. Food was good, and the workers were very nice. Would have liked an enclosed restaurant in addition to this dining area.

Overal nice hotel well connected to CityWalk. It can be cleaner. The pillows had a bad odor so I opted out in using them but that really affected my much needed sleep. Also, you pay a resort fee and you don’t even get a bottle of water. I’m sure it was an oversight but it shouldn’t be happening.

Woke up the second night to a bed bug crawling on me. The staff were kind and helpful and provided a room change and laundry but it was incredibly hard to enjoy the stay after. Additionally food options are very limited and the restaurants close without warning

Me and fiancé went in November, the experience is something I’ll never forget I honestly never do reviews but the way everything was here was amazing, they have so many dining options, the staff were so kind. They have a laundry room a gym the pool, hot tub it was all a highlight of our stay, we ate breakfast every morning downstairs which made it super convenient so we wouldn’t have to go out again and I definitely will be coming back here!

This is literally the ONLY hotel I stay when coming to FL. The staff are nice and professional. The rooms are always clean. Starbucks and other restaurants are in the lobby. An amazing view of Orlando when you visit their rooftop. I will definitely be here again 😊

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Walkable to the parks , early access. Rooms are fine, great dining options after a busy day. Easy parking, nice big pool area. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again when we next visit.
