This location is at a peaceful part of Kyoto. The train nearby wasn't too loud contrary to other reviews. In the mornings, it does get very bright in the bedroom though. Some parts of the building was also a bit dusty However, it is very spacious for 2 people. The washing machine and dryer was also very convenient and a life saver at times. The amenities provided were also very good.

Would stay again. Very clean. Heater worked well as our stay was in the middle of winter. I don’t think insulation is a thing in Japan.
