Food was average. Room was clean. Staff are amazing. Entertainment team are amazing.
The pool toilet area was a mess all the time and there is always a que due to there only being 2 toiles.

The villas private pool area was lovely and made the whole.holiday, we didn't use the hotel facilities much as we had our own pool. We did eat dinner however at the buffet restaurant sometimes which was also decent food for a buffet, lots of lovely fresh salads and fish, delicious pizza. Staff worked very hard and were always polite and friendly, Corrina was brilliant.
The villa itself was not in great condition, very worn but could be absolutely beautiful with a bit of a renovation. We did read the reviews however so I was aware of this. Despite requesting fans prior to arrival these were not provided but were delivered the following morning after a very hot first night. The fridge was also not functioning but again when we told reception they did change it the following morning. The bed in the main bedroom was terrible however, extremely hard and uncomfortable and you could feel the springs, not great at all.
Overall however we enjoyed our stay and the private pool area was the main attraction, the rest of the villa was tired but adequate, but did offer plenty of space.

Location was good. Staff were great.
The place is very run down. Streets between the bungalows and villas are littered with rubbish. My room had no socket, no bedside table, no bedside lamp or air-conditioning. The bedroom door was a patio door with glass and no privacy. Ants all over the bungalow too. Floors were filthy.
