The manager (possibly/probably the owner), I apologize for not knowing, was amazingly friendly as were the other staff members. It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted).
He and his wife seemed to always be available to answer any questions we had about the area. They had a little girl who wandered around the lobby and snackroom bringing smiles to everyone's faces.
We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but we did enjoy the lovely free breakfast included in the room cost.
Would absolutely stay there again if/when we ever get back to Lake Garda.

Perfect for our stop over. Area is amazing and welcome at the hotel was perfect. Woke up in the morning to a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the mountains behind.
