We booked 2 apartments listed as luxury, but they are not luxury. Also, one of the apartments had no heating or air con it was out of order. we asked to move to another but was told they were booked out and it took 3 days to get additional blankets as there was only one thin one provided at check in. Also took 3 days to get 2 small fan heaters. Really not good. The apartments were NOT luxury at all in fact they were in need of a lot of updating. I would think twice about using this company for any of my bookings in the future.

When we arrived at the apartment we were very disappointed in the state of it. It was not clean, we found a number of issues, it was very run down and not what was advertised, so left us feeling like it was definitely not worth what we paid for it especially when we were there for 5 nights. The lights in one of the bathrooms and the laundry were playing up and flickering constantly, there was filth all over the couch and floor (we had to wipe the couch before we could sit down), utensils in the kitchen covered in food, there was toilet paper and newspaper jammed in the ranchsliders, one of the toilet seats were half hanging off, scum in the showers, no security locks on the ranchsliders (a point for those with kids), room info was out of date - wifi QR code was invalid so we had to get the info off the back of the modem and location directions were out of date so we missed the turn off. Emailed them and they came and rectified some of the issues, but all should have been avoided had they checked these sort of things between stays.

Apartment was tired and needed some repair. This was reported on day 1 or 6 however no action received to communicate or repair during our visit. Minimal supplies was disappointing. More than 1 garbage bag go a 6 night stay would have been appreciated. View from balcony was beautiful, location was excellent for restaurants and ease of access to highway for travel.
