We offer both a drip coffeemaker and Keurig Bring your whole family to this stunning brand new home completed in June 2019. It's just six houses from the beautiful Bradley Beach. Relax in the large private pool and hot tub in the secluded yard which backs up to acres of preserved lands. Head straight out on your bike to enjoy the island's 24 miles of trails or take a short stroll to the playground at Driessen Beach Park. This spacious home is 3200 sq. feet and comfortably sleeps 24 with six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and an elevator that serves all floors. There's plenty of room for gathering with an open kitchen that seats 4 at the counter, a dining table that seats 12 and a large open living room. Continue through the sliding doors onto the large deck with a table with seating for 8 and enjoy coffee or cocktails in the covered seating area. Head down to ground level to the pool & hot tub with loungers and another table with seating for six and a ping pong table. This house has it all! 3200 sq ft. sleeps 24, Six bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. 1 bedroom on main floor with King bed, 2nd floor Master with King bed, 2 Guest bedrooms with King beds, 3 floor 1 Guest bedroom with 6 double bunk beds; 1 Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a pack n play. All bedrooms have 42 inch TV's with roku. Bathrooms have wall mounted hairdryers and bedrooms feature luxurious Ritz Carlton Comphy Company sheets. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest. Insurance options are available at booking and some plans remain available until 30-days (thirty) prior to Arrival. ** A separate rental agreement is required and will be emailed after booking** **Pool heat is available for an additional 100.00 a day. Pool can be heated to 88 degrees from October to April.**

We had a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. The home worked out perfect for us. We were all able to gather at meals, the bunk room was perfect for the grandkids, and everyone loved the pool. The ledge on the pool is perfect for little ones. The beach was a short walk and was nice.

We had a group of 6 couples that were brought together by our children. We have been friends for 20 yrs and watched each other's kids grow up, graduate, get married and have kids. We had talked about going on a vacation together but covid delayed it. We finally made it a reality and this house was perfect! We were able to be together inside or outside. The house was decorated beautifully and stocked well enough that we didn't have to purchase extras. One of the bathtubs wasn't draining well. We called maintenance and they responded quickly. We appreciate the owner sharing this house with us and look forward to renting it again in the future!

We had a great stay in the home, 7 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room to gather and also have quiet time. Check in was easy, and the house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. Probably 1/4 mile but it's all paved and boardwalk so pulling a wagon full of beach stuff is very easy.

From the layout to the décor, everything about this property was amazing! This home is very inviting and well kept. The two property managers are wonderful and pay attention to every detail of this home away from home. The bunk bed room was a big hit with ages 9-13 and the porch is pure heaven. This rental is truly exceptional and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you!

We rented this house for a week-long vacation with 11 family members, including 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 years old to 15. There was plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kids particularly loved the bunk room upstairs. The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures, and was clean and perfectly warm.
I loved the nearby beach -- the water was warm, the waves were gentle, and the sand was soft. It is a public beach, so it does get busy on the weekends. There were plenty of beach supplies at the house -- a wagon, a couple of umbrellas, probably 4-5 chairs, and about 15 beach towels.
We did have some minor issues with the house (elevator, coffee maker, pool filter), but the property manager was very responsive and all of our issues were promptly addressed.
My only complaint is that some of the kitchen amenities could be better. All of our basic needs were met (dishes, basic cookware, etc), and they supplied a few bonus items like a blender and slow cooker. However, we could have really used a second dishwasher, a second fridge or mini-fridge, and a 4-slice toaster. We found ourselves running the dishwasher after every meal, and we were constantly lining up for the toaster in the morning. (It was very slow, in addition to only supporting 2 slices.) That is a very minor complaint, but worth being aware of if you have a large group.

I can't say enough great things about this home & the property owner!! I booked this place for a weekend getawy with 12 of my girlfriends and upon arrival the house was so clean. From the stunning kitchen, beautiful porch, large bedrooms, & gorgeous pool, this home had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and the garage was filled with beach accessories like chairs, a wagon, umbrella. We will be back!

We stayed with another family and the house had plenty of room. Very clean, well stocked, great amenities. Elevator is a little quirky. We had one very minimal issue and they responded immediately. Excellent service, and again, minor issue not worth mentioning even. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The property was very nice, but had limited parking. The proximity to the beach was great. We never could get the elevator to perform well. The decor of this property was very tastefully furnished. The extra beach towels excellent ! The extra toilet paper and cleaning items was so appreciated as most VRBO’s do not offer. It was nice not to stay in a plantation with all the pass issues in Hilton Head. The manager came by and was very pleasant and we would definitely return to this property. Just figure out the parking!

Rental was beautiful and clean. Loved the location and it’s spacious layout. Elevator was awesome as a few of my family members are a little older and it was a nice option. Property manager was quick to respond to any inquiries as well. Subtracted one star as the property manager advised us they only provide a starter supply of paper towels and tissue. So we received one tissue roll in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. For the price of this rental it would have been nice to have a supply of these items. I’ve been to other rentals where this was done and hotels provide tissue when needed. My suggestion is to rethink this policy fir your guests. I’m sure they would really appreciate it. All in all we enjoyed the property and it was an awesome trip!

We had the best time in HHI! We have a large family and this house accommodated us all, ranging in ages 70+ to 6 months old. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The pool was an added bonus that kept the little ones entertained the whole weekend. We had absolutely no complaints and hope to go back soon!

We really enjoyed the vacation house! The picture s were very accurate to the actual house. The proximity to the beach was also ideal. We could actually walk to the beach. The home was also very clean. I would definitely rent this home again if returning to Hilton Head!

The property we rented was sold approximately six months after renting it. We had to totally rebook but the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. He honored all aspects of our original reservation! Excellent home that met our entire families needs!

This is a wonderfully maintained property and we enjoyed our stay from the very beginning. The property management company was very responsive with any questions and also came and took care of the outside furniture the night we had a storm come through as well as had the pool cleaned even after having it done before. Plenty of storage and beach toys/ chairs for all age ranges. The one bummer was the broken elevator but that is far beyond anyone’s control. Would undoubtedly stay again!

This home is perfect if traveling with multiple families. Driessen Beach Park is a hidden treasure. Quiet road to beach park with parking for .50 per hour however house is close enough to walk. House is equipped with beach wagon, tent and chairs all in excellent condition. Enjoyed the pool with a 2 ft sunning ledge the length of the pool that our toddlers loved playing on. We have been coming to the island for 25 years and will defiantly be back to this home!
