It features a large modern kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and an open concept floor plan that provides the perfect setting for friends and family. Natural light and gorgeous mountain views are abundant in the home's beautiful sunroom. There is also a nicely landscaped shared space and seating area! Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed - Upper Level 2nd Bedroom - Double Bed - Upper Level 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed – Lower Level You'll love the townhome's layout, with a large entryway and one guest bedroom and bathroom on the main floor as well as the home's laundry area. Walk upstairs to a large open living area and beautiful sunroom to enjoy stunning views of the mountains and fun views of the hot springs pool! The upstairs features the home's additional 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a double bed, both share a spacious hallway bathroom. The large kitchen and dining area will be the favorite gathering spots! You'll cooking a lovely meal will be easy with a well-equipped space and lovely views to go along with it! We would love to host you at our retreat across from the hot springs! Parking is available for 2 vehicles. Absolutely NO pets or trailer parking allowed per HOA regulations! Very strict fines will be accessed if these rules are not adhered to. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

This is a super nice condo with lots of room. It is across from the Hot Springs and within walking distance of the shops/food. All communication was super fast. Definitely recommend!

We were under the impression that we had use of the garage since it was listed as a two car garage. However, the code we were given when we called did not work and the interior door was locked with a deadbolt . The upstairs shower did not work properly nor did the tv remote. We had to empty the trash can which was full from previous tenants who left it running over. The blind in the bedroom downstairs really needs to be non light filtering the car lights at night shine right in the bedroom and the traffic noise is loud with the windows open. The bench out front was broken and the armrest was left laying in the window seal. A tv downstairs would have been great.

Great location and property. Easy access to restaurants and hiking. I would recommend a better organized kitchen with staples like sugar, salt and pepper. Sleeping areas, for example the master bedroom, really needs blackout curtains/shades as the outside street light and car lights shine in all night long. Otherwise, lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our location!! We were right across the street from the Springs& park!Every night we could walk to dinner or shops!The views in our condo were beyond spectacular!The condo was very roomy for the 7of us!Great stay; we will be back!! Highly recommend!

We had such a fun time! The location of the VRBO could not be more perfect. A short walk to town and right across the street from the hot springs.

Your home is beautiful and we had a great time! The VRBO photos did not do it Justice. For consideration, it would have been nice to have everyday kitchen items during our stay. For example, a wine opener, salt, pepper and sugar. Nice to have other amenities included such as access to garage, bottles of water, coffee or local coupons for local restaurants. More information about local attractions. Discounted pool access or use of residence comes with pool membership access with opportunities to purchase local souvenirs. Thank you!

I had booked a property and was notified that it was unavailable due to renovations about a week or so before the trip. We were offered substitute locations, which turned out to be fine. It snowed and we had trouble getting out of the driveway and contacted the property manager. They responded quickly and said they contacted the person who plows the road. However they did not come for a day and we had to figure out how to get out of the driveway ourselves. A neighbor came and helped us get up the tiny hill so we could get to town. Not a big deal but they should have had the driveway plowed or at least communicated with us they couldn't do for whatever reason. Overall it was a great clean place, and we had a positive experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been visiting Ouray for years and renting homes for our vacation. This townhouse was perfectly located, abundantly stocked and more than cozy for our family. We enjoyed the view with our morning coffee and all were able to gather in the evening on the large, comfortable sectional to rehash our days' adventures. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Nice condo but full of Nats. Prpoert manager refunded us but not Vrbo. Nats were horrible and other places in Ouray had no issue including attached condo.
