Situated in Ouray, this charming condo for $313 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. STR Permit #2024-1065 This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, two-story vacation home, located just one mile from downtown Ouray, features amazing views of the surrounding peaks and the Uncompahgre River. The living area features large front-facing windows with views of the rich-colored soaring canyon walls and the Uncompahgre river located just across the road. A cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV with comfortable seating welcomes guests to enjoy their favorite movie after a day of adventure. This home has four separate air conditioning zones for your comfort during the warmer summer months. The Primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a Queen Bed and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom, located on the second level, features a Queen bed and a full bathroom located just around the corner. The third bedroom features a Twin over Full-sized bunk bed. Bed Configuration: Primary Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed, twin over full (2nd Level). An outdoor front seating area is a great place to enjoy your hot beverage while gazing across the valley at Bridal Veil Falls. Meanwhile, a private back deck offers a quiet area to relax, prepare a well-deserved grilled meal and gaze skyward at the mountains and stars. Take a morning walk along the River Walk trail, with convenient walking access to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Park and downtown Ouray. Guests are welcome to park up to one regular sized vehicle in front of the garage. Additional of ne regular vehicle is available across the road. Trailer and RV's are not allowed. Trailer and RV parking is available on the west end of 9th Avenue. This home is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. Please review and follow the Pet Policy. About the Area: Nestled at the San Juan Gateway mountain range, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year. In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. In June, every Thursday evening from 6pm to 9pm, visitor's love to attend the free Ouray Mountain Aire Music Series concerts hosted at Fellin Park. During the winter season bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, Downhill or Nordic skis and enjoy a wide variety of winter activities. Telluride Ski Resort is a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and offers top five downhill ski runs according to Conde Nast. Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, unique shops and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Lots of room; tastefully decorated; beautiful views all around. Loved being so close to the river walk trail as we love to walk, hike and just be outdoors. Plenty of places to hike, enjoy hot springs and of course shopping!

The best stocked kitchen i have ever rented so far! Beautiful views out the front windows. Cons. No elevator, Several stairs. Back deck was small. Not enough room for entertaining. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I would come back with my famiy and stay here in a heartbeat. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. Something to consider- there are quite a few stairs to ascend to reach the condo. There is not an elevator.

We loved the location, which is a little ay out of town where the noise of Main Street is nonexistent. There is wildlife out the front door and off the back patio. We saw deer, chipmunks, many birds, and - yes- a bear without leaving the condo! We had two units on the same level which was perfect for our big family. We will be renting these again!

This is a VERY COZY cottage ( condo). It has an AMAZING view of a beautiful water fall! It nice, quite, and cool! We loved the mountain weather! The kitchen was supplied but needed more towels!! That was NOT a problem, I just reached out and while we were out for exploring, on the door knob had many extra towels waiting for me! I would give this a 5/5 star ⭐️ rating!

The best vacation rental experience we have had to date (2 adults and 2 children). The condo was clean and spacius with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved having their own rooms. The location is perfect and within walking distance of downtoan Ouray. We walked the 1-mile path around the river at least once a day. Loved it!

This property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. It's adjacent to the Ouray river trail and a short drive to downtown Ouray! The view from the condo is also unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very happy to be able to bring our dogs along and loved being right by the river walk. We loved being so close to town yet very quiet area. Loved the mountain views all around. The beds could use an upgrade as they slope to the middle a bit. It would also be great if the road in front of the condo was paved as after some rain everyone's feet were dirty.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The beds were very comfortable and we had just enough room to spread out when we weren’t out adventuring.
The host was quick to respond when we had a slight hiccup on the ac units, and it was a non-issue after the nice maintenance staff got it fixed. We tried keeping the windows open, but the amounts of gnats coming in through the screens was really gross. So, we were really thankful for the staff being so quick!
Our kids loved the assortment of games and puzzles.

This place was lovely. Provided all the space needed to not get in each other's hair. We really enjoyed all the amenities. I will say that their pet fee for this place is outrageous, 400+. Not sure how they can justify that.
