Situated in Paradise Valley, this attractive condo for $86 per night is a great choice for your next break. Summary: Metro Scottsdale Apartments - we offer 1 and 2bd apartments converted from a former Hilton Homewood Suites. These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking. The Space: All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect. Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park. Location: We are where you want to be in the Phoenix Metro. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 51, you will be10minutes or less from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

This has been the worst experience! I booked a specific pictured unit, and received a message shortly before arriving saying we had been moved to a different unit. Let’s just say we walked in and walked right back out! Room was not what we paid for! A cockroach was above the fridge, the elevator was not working, room was outdated and not at all what was pictured at the time of booking. Not to mention people waiting in the hallways having issues checking in. We had to book at a different hotel, as we did not feel safe, nor was the place clean enough to stay there!

Reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable and good location. Full coffee makers in rooms would be great.

Our bathroom ceiling leaked the 1st night. I emailed management and they had zero solutions. I asked to move rooms, they had none available. I asked for a discount and was just ignored. The room smelled like somebody smoked ciggaretes. The hallways smelled terrible. I would not stay there again.

The building smelled, none of the windows would open which is a safety issue. Because all of the locks are broken so you can’t open them. There was one fork to use for a three night stay. People work the front counter were very unprofessional and the whole staff just looks pretty sketchy. There was people doing drugs in the parking lot. The hallways smelled like cat pee. This is by far the worse ever place I have stayed at using this website.

What looked like an old hotel has been turned into a solid spot for some people jumping into to town for a quick trip. I would definitely return.
